Our group comprises of experienced entertainment industry individuals whom happens to be graciously friends. This project is truly a Trifecta of projects. Because each segment has to occur in their perspective order. The Soulzburry, adventurous story of two kids that reversed the claws of racism. The Afro Coalesce an educational program joining, African and Afro-American College Universities into a coalesce together sharing international programs. Last, The 2024 Proclamation Project, by submitting our own propriety entries towards violated actions, generationally ignored civil rights legislations, of ‘The People of Color.’
My Approach
This all began with me trying to find a new name for for a new night club I was to soon open. When suddenly the name Soulzburry flashed into my head … The Soulzburry that was joyfully it … But, the name mean’t nothing, moments later, It’s the name of a slave ship. So, with my theme, African which is black, yes. It’s the Soulzburry Night Club. But that name led to all that followed …
Dream it
That vision that pop in my head, has lead me on this spiritual journey all the way to Africa. Little did I know at the time, using the word Soulzburry, had some spiritual ramification. I immediately dove into my ancestral history. That led to my spiritual invitation to visit Elmina Slave Castle …
Build it
So, by coincidence The Spirits of Elmina has made arrangements for me to meet a couple of African musicians, then a year later I found myself in Africa on a visiting tour of Elmina Slave Castle. Where I met The Spirits of Elmina. And as I toured I’d felt their presents as they were watching, and observing me. As I inherited all their emotions, we left the Castle. It was only moments later we were in the studio, and this is my godly truth. As the music track played the words I had wrote for the song had changed and what came out, was the lyric’s The Spirits of Elmina as they sung their words to the song ‘Our Ancestors.’ and now it’s the outcry to our project …
